add tracks

drop audio files into ~/public/radio/<category>/:

~/public/radio/
├── chill/
├── lofi/
├── party/
└── ...

they pick up automatically.

what's allowed

• formats: .flac, .m4a, .mp3, .ogg, .opus, .wav
• max file size: 50 MB
• max 10 tracks per user per station
